Wet polishing all-in-one machine is a general tool centered on chassis, polishing disc, polishing cloth, polishing cover and polishing cover. During operation, it is mainly driven by motor to make the polishing machine rotate continuously for polishing. Apply corresponding pressure to the object and finish polishing at the end.
Before maintaining the automatic polishing machine, you must carefully read the operation manual to understand the purpose of each part and matters needing attention.
1. Regularly clean, maintain and lubricate the sliding plate and center. Knife and front top knife. Generally, the maintenance cycle time is about one month.
2. Lubricating oil is an important part of automatic grinder maintenance. Usually, all bearings need to be refueled after about 3 months.
3. Long term maintenance parts contain oil in the gearbox and wheel box. It is usually added every 1-2 years.
4. Clean the machine bottle at least once a week to avoid blocking.
5. Know how much to refuel each time. Do not overfill when refuelling, so as to prevent the switch from being soaked with oil and the machine from breaking down.
